After canvassing four Real Estate Agents in the area, the main reason I chose Elders Real Estate in Yarram was the enthusiasm shown by Sonya during the first appraisal process. Sonya loved the unique character of the place and believed that the sale price we wanted was definitely achievable. And it was. Our property was rented through Elders Yarram with Michelle as the agent for many years. Michelle was fantastic, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She was always up to date with all the paperwork amd inspectionsThanks Michelle.We recently sold said property and used Elders again but dealt with Sonya, she was the same, she was always keeping us up to date with the market and any offers we had.I wouldn't hesitate to ever use this office or these ladies again and highly recommend them if you have an investment property or you have a property to sell.
