Oroton Parramatta

Monica, Dora and Debbie were really really lovely ladies! They are really helpful! They made my shopping experience a real breeze. They went over and above with their customer service. Thanks guys!

The wonderful ladies at the Parramatta store, provided exceptional customer service. They were so friendly and attentive to what I needed. I purchased the ‘Elena Tote’ in Black and I’m already in love with it! They only had one pair left in-store and they were kind enough to order me a new pair from Warringah, which just came in today. Not only they ordered me a fresh pair, but one of the colleagues delivered it to my work - which was very sweet. It’s unfortunate to see these bad reviews which are highly untrue, as I always come into the Parramatta store and receive impeccable customer service from the lovely ladies that work there. Just wanted to say thank you again, I appreciate it so much and I can’t wait to go there for my next purchase :).

The rude Indian shop manager totally ruined my day, very bad attitude and not cooperating at all in the shop. We were so shocked and will never go back to that store again. We highly suggest Oroton to reconsider her position and choose a better and correct person to at least keep the shop in a good shopping atmosphere.The WORST experience EVER!

Was looking for a gift for a 2 year anniversary with my girl,Viv gave me detailed advice which one to pick, what occasions my girl could use it for and even how to match it with clothing.5 stars experience and excellent service :)

Picked up a wallet took it to the counter and paid for it.It was a gift so the lady wrapped it and boxed it up and in sealed bag.Go to a surprise party and when we open the bag the price was still on the box.Open the box and it's completely the wrong item. Very disgusting colour at that.Take the item back, no apologies from the manager very rude staff, and had to pay for the item I took to the counter as she scanned something else.Very poor service from such big brand.

The Monday public holiday saleslady has not got a clue regarding Oroton vouchers and gives BS information .One star to this company for not training their staff properly and five star for Oronton products.

The lady sale assistant is extremely kind,helpful and patient.I think she said her name is Joanne, she the only senior staff there with a younger Asian girl,will come back again and very happy with my 2 handbags,thank you

Very rude and arrogent Indianstore manager that reluctant to help while i was looking for my size.She didnt even check computer and said no. Will never come back again, I dont understand how she becomes a store manager with such attitude and customer service. No wonder so many people left bad review here. There was no customers in the shop and she seemed like im bothering her. I have never left any bad review for shops, but this time the experience was so horrible!To be the leading Australian fashion brand, you should reconsidering the sale's quality especially their customer service!

If you are going to be closed or change the rules for “covid”, then maybe leave a sign on the door and explain to the customer what you are doing. Dont lock the doors and ignore the customers. Only to tell us later that we need to buy something to enter. Rude worker! Wont come back ever!
