Seaton Glass

We had Seaton Glass replace our shower screen at our investment property. Their service was amazing. They gave us some great recommendations and it turned out a treat. I am now about to call them to replace another shower screen at my own property.

I had a window replaced, I got told one price, then someone came out to measure had another price, when I rang up to say the first quote was not that price, I got told they made a mistake and it was the original price they gave me, when I received their invoice they had another price on there. When I rang up to ask why I was being charged $30 more they told me they never gave me that quote.

I was looking for a glass to be cut to size. After not the best experience with other well known company, rang up Seaton Glass.Half an hour later I had what I needed for a decent price. Great service, would recommend them highly. And by the way, the variety of services they offer...Their stained glass windows took my breath away.

Very helpful. Have house built in 1905 and getting 2 leadlight windows done. Design looks fantastic, can't wait until the end result.Update. The end result was fantastic. Installed my windows last weekend WOW.Would give you 10 star rating

I just had this company supply and install a mirror splash back in our kitchen.Their service was very good and prompt.The finished job looks fantasticHighly recommend them

We had some glass installed in our new boardroom. The silicon that was used was a mess and they had to send someone out to fix it. When they removed the silicon It also remove the paint from our framing. Some of the glass panels also rattle.I contacted Seaton glass to try to resolve this, but with no avail.Seaton glass stated that this is what we had asked for! Nobody would ask for this low level of quality.We’ve gone to another company to get this fixed out our expense.

I had a less than average interaction with seaton Glass today.I was told yes we have some who can cut your glass here now in store - especially considering it was raining. Took glass in less than enthusiastic welcome, told to go to the roller door out back.Waited 4 hours for a call back and enduring pouring rain with a caravan with no glass before I called back and was rudely told it'll be ready about 4:40pm.I questioned if the price woukd be the same as I quoted the day before and was told I don't know I didn't quite you. We will jave to wait and see when the job sheet comes in.While I showed interest in items in the show room this interest was ignoredShame on you Jill for your rude and passive afressive customer service
