We've been getting take away from here for years. The chips are some of my favourites. Soft and fluffy on the inside, crunchy on the outside. Their chicken is well prepared. Always cooked to perfection and not dripping oil everywhere. What really sets the Wallsend store apart is the staff. They're always cheerful, helpful.and professional. They always say hello when I come in and, on the rare occassions things have gotten mixed up, they always fix it immediately. They're nice to everyone, even people who are awful to them.

Have been visiting this store since I was a young kid. Chicken pieces are always a go to and so are the Chili wings. Pricing is reasonable for the quantity of food received in the dinner packs in comparison to other fast food chains.Disappointed in the staff recently, not the most friendliest people on the planet and they're all very junior.

Truly disgusting. Two baked dinner packs, chicken dried out in both packs, one pack only had a drumstick. Vegetables had a disinfectant aroma. Staff were too interested in packing up at 1910, store closes at 2030, staff had to be reminded to prepare my meal. Never again

Great chips, tasty gravy, nice chicken. Quick friendly service. Only negative was no napkins given, I had to wipe my hands on my brand new Hugo Boss suit!

This place is normally the best Henny Penny in the area, the chips and gravy was spot on. But I found the chicken not as good as it has been. Saying that it is still a lot better then others. I would still recommend this place as it is usually really good.
