Really impressed with Dave and his customer service. Came and checked out a dodgy fridge seal and gave advice on how to fix it rather than just immediately suggesting replacing it.He is clearly someone interested in getting the best outcome for you rather than making a quick sale of a new seal. Would definitely recommend.

I really don’t know how this guy got 3 great reviews cos I’m a pretty easy going person and know good service when I experience it and this guy is a shonk. I had Dave install a freezer seal 9 months ago - while he was getting my money he was the nicest guy - I asked if he guaranteed his work, he said “yes”. The seal kept falling off and my tenant complained - so I’d go there and put it back on so after a while I thought I had paid for this to be installed properly the first time, so I called him up - yes he was fine to come out to check the seal, it started getting difficult cos his times weren’t suitable for my tenant, so I persisted and sent text messages (I’m a shift worker & use text when I have limited time to speak on the phone) to try to extract a series of times he could attend the property- I even sent him a selection of times that suited the tenant with no answer. I thought Jesus - this is like pulling teeth! He was playing the avoidance game - I finally got hold of him for him to say - oh I don’t like text - I prefer to talk on the phone - I know why now - so there’s nothing written down as proof! He then told me I could refit the seal myself - it’s easy, I repeated that I had been doing that over the 9 months and that there’s something wrong either with the seal or his install stuffed it, he wanted to argue with me about it like he paid me for my time! This guy is hopeless. He charged me $120 - the seal costs $60 to purchase and install on your own but hey I was happy to pay $60 for him to install it properly plus he said he guarantees his work. Now he’s saying - oh it’s been 9 months! I can’t fix or replace a seal that I’ve installed 9 months down the track, well in my book - that’s not guaranteeing your work- it’s as simple as that. Use his business at your own peril. All he had to do was come out and check the new seal he installed and guaranteed. That’s all. With 100% markup - you’d think he’d make more of an effort!

David was super friendly, helpful & responsive. He took the time to work out & fix what was wrong with my freezer door, without needed to replace the seal.

I booked these guys to fix my mum's fridge seals. My mum is a pensioner. He came to her house and ckecked the fridge. He realized that the seals were fine but the fridge was unbalanced on the floor. He adjusted the feet of the fridge which made it level and the seals fit. Despite my mum offering, he did not take any payment for his time and honest service! How rare is that in today's world? What a legend!!! Double thumbs up from me!
