I bought a cake today for my sons birthday and it was very dry. My son will eat virtually anything and he complained that it tasted old and stale. It was the chocolate sponge cake. I am not sure when the cake was made but it was definitely stale. My son is very disappointed that he couldn't even finish 1 piece of his cake. My husband and I also had some cake and found it hard to eat too.

Don't even waste your time. I rang a couple of times. First-time they hung up and second time were extremely rude!I'd rather travel further to Penrith to get a better service.

The customer service could be improved. Staff may need more training on professionalism and friendly service. The coffees could be made more consistently as sometimes it tastes burnt. The store needs a bit of a tidy up as there is nowhere to sit inside the cafe as it’s overflowing with cake boxes or other stock. General presentation like the food displays of cakes and hot food could also be improved as well as ensuring only fresh food is served to customers. A lot to be improved for this outdated cafe.

Ordered coffee and asked twice for it to be double cupped and extra hot, and the girl taking the order just looked at me and wrote the order down without saying a word. The coffee came in a single cup. When I mentioned that I asked for a double cup to the older man making the coffee he asked in a loud voice: “What do you need that for? We don’t do that.” He was standing right next to the girl when she was taking the order. Neither of them said anything. They’re disrespectful and dismissive. Never going back there.

Tall girl with dark hair incredibly rude. She snatched money from my hands today and when I held my hand out for the change, she threw it on the counter.Im sorry that she had decided I was paying by card & got annoyed I paid with cash, but cash is still legal tender.Not impressed how I was treated, I am a regular however not anymore.

Worst coffee I ever had. Milk was burnt and coffee beans were not of good quality.
