They are very misleading and not trustworthy, bought $50 screen protector for iphone 8plus (allegedly unbreakable and lifetime warranty regardless what). When sold, I asked how will get warranty if I dont have any paperwork, I was told just show my eftpos receipt (which i showed)The protector kept sliding down and blocking the receiver, so obviously had to put it back myself so that i could hear. i went to have it replaced today, and now I am told that it is not under warranty cause it was lifted, and they cant send back to manufacturer, bla bla bla!! I told him this was never said, but he said cant do anything and come see owner if I want.They will tell you whatever just to sell, no customer service!never go there. Better off going to apple store and have a belkin screen protector fitted professionally using machine rather than these guys!!!Also casing was peeling off with 2 weeks, when i went back to see them on they said, it because of the sun and cant do anything.Very disappointed, spent money on bad product and horrible customer service.

In my opinion, Marq Communications is a commendable retailer with fantastic customer service. Their commitment to building a relationship beyond a sale speaks volumes in this day and age. I was referred to them via a friend as I was in the market for a reconditioned phone. I became concerned reading the other feedback from google search results. Unfortunately, the device I purchased had some minor issues that they were willing to repair (A possibility with a refurbished unit), but due to my time constraints and dependency on a handset, they offered me a refund. They also recommended a handset in my price point and referred me to a competitor to make a purchase. Overjoyed with the support received I returned to them for the accessories as the competition had no accessories for my purchase. The store is in Chatswood, and I would not hesitate to travel from my local area of Parramatta for their service, accessories or repairs. While the notion of the customer is always right still exists, I believe that Marq and team will do anything to ensure a customer leaves happy. It's unfortunate that negative feedback taints the store when searched. Thank you Marq and Alex for your support and service. I look forward to a continued and lasting relationship.

DO NOT GO HERE! Went to get my cracked iPhone screen fixed and screen was replaced with a dodgy one that kept freezing and rendered my phone useless. I went back AGAIN to have it replaced and walked away. 5 minutes later I realised the screen wasn't working. This time I left my phone at the store to be repaired" even though the only thing wrong with it to begin with was a cracked screen. I was called through the week and told that it was a "faulty" batch of screens and my phone was now fixed. Went back AGAIN to collect my phone and was told it "wasn't their fault" and that this even happens to the guys in the Apple Store! Ha.. Go to the Apple Store! Do not go here you will regret it! Now praying that my phone will at least last a few months until I can upgrade but am doubtful."

Terrible customer service, aggressive owner and overall poor quality of goods. Staff will lie regarding the features of items and then refuse to refund once you realise they are not fit for purpose. Would not recommend anyone go here ever. Better place opposite Dymocks in Chatswood Westfield.1 star for the fact they have some how managed to remain open.

I have repaired, protected, refurbished and bought new phones from Marq since I was 12. 16 years later, he is still the first person I call with any of my mobile needs. Thanks Marq for the high level of service.

Poor service, had similar problems to other reviews on here. Purchased a Spec case and had it replace a few days later because it was not fit for purpose. Received a new case and was assured that it would not break and would suitable for the purpose I purchased it for. However, the case broke again and when I returned to get a refund the owner refused, claiming that it was my fault and that I had no proof" that I didn't drop the phone myself and break it. Highly disappointing that a retail space would accuse someone (who also works in retail in the same Westfield) of lying when they are attempting to return a faulty product. In my personal opinion it seems to be in direct contradiction to Australian Consumer Law as the item was not fit for the specified purpose. Would not recommend this store to anyone."

Friendly, fast, knowledgeable and professional service. I am very happy with both the work done on my phone and the price.

AVOID THIS PLACE FOR REPAIRS!They fixed my iphone 4's unresponsive home button's , and on the fourth month (2months after their Guarantee") it breaks again.Their replacement parts are of poor quality and are only meant to last for a couple of months.It definitely falls under their repair guarantee
