We've been renting from Hocking Stuart Sunshine for a year and have just signed on for another. We are extremely happy with the professionalism of the staff & specifically our property manager Luisa. She responds to all of our emails & phone calls, shows up for inspections when she says she's going to and is just generally nice to us. This is a far better experience than what we've had in the past with previous Real Estates.Thank you Luisa & the team at Hocking Stuart Sunshine!

Luisa is our property manager and she has been the best by far. We have been through many property managers in the last five years and we can honestly say Luisa has been the only one who has gone out of her way to help resolve all issues relating to our property. She actively managers the property, gets the job done and does it perfectly. We would very highly recommend Luisa to anyone.

It is incredible how poorly run the rental department is. I've tried contacting them on 5 separate occasions over 2 weeks and never once has my call or messages been returned. If you have a property for lease, look for another agency to manage it because Hocking Stuart Sunshine are lazy and unprofessional. Take a look at all the other negative reviews you see on Google because it looks like the property management team has been a long standing problem.

Luisa is my property manager and has been for the last 5 years. Luisa has always given a fantastic service, responds quickly to communication & ensures that my property is looked after by having property inspections on a regular basis. I highly recommend Luisa to manage your rental property.

The staff at hockingstuart are all dedicated and they strive to get the best outcome. I have rentals and I am very happy how luisa looks after my properties like they are her own. Sge us dedicated to her job and makes sure that the units are rented as soon.as the tenants move in within days the new tenants move. I used to loose weeks rent with other agents because they were not dedicated to their job but since transferring my properties with luisa at Hockingstuart Sunshine I found that I am not loosing any money she rents them straight away. Thankyou Luisa for all.the hard work you do.

My husband and I have recently moved into a property managed by this real estate and our agent is amazing.Luisa is lovely to deal with and is always quick to reply to emails and concerns.We were able to move in quickly and easily with help from Luisa.We had a few issues with the property upon the move in, but these have been noted and are currently being rectified and getting fixed quickly without any interference with our daily lives.I highly recommend this real estate and Luisa.

I've been really pleasantly surprised by Hockingstuart Sunshine since handing in our application more than a year ago. Luisa, our property manager, is responsive, attentive, and fair-minded. Repairs are prompt and of good quality.I've had some really poor real estate agents as a renter over the decades, and some who just do the bare minimum. These guys are an absolute breath of fresh air. I feel very valued as a tenant, and that's never happened before! I know it must be a hard balance to get right between landlord and tenant - Hockingstuart really do a great job finding that balance.

I moved into a near new townhouse and it was filthy. Do not let them talk you into taking a property unseen if you are a renter. If you are a landlord, keep looking for another agent. Luisa will not look after or respect your property.

Our investment property was sitting stale without a tenant for 6 weeks with our previous agent. Just moved over to Hocking Stuart Sunshine. Within a couple of weeks we now have a good tenant moving in. Our property manager Luisa is now managing my families properties and she's been fantastic. Great communication, care and timely follow ups. Highly recommend Hocking Stuart Sunshine.

She is very responsive, polite and caring. She really listens to any of your concern about the matters arising of the property and always provided promptly and helpful feedbacks to us without missed!!Besides being professional in her career handling, she also has a lovely charms that whenever she came for periodical inspection, my 4YO daughter would love to have a chitchat with her. Charming personality is a bliss.I couldn’t recommend her highly enough as she always put herself in our position to guide us on several issues and discussions throughout our lease term with hockingstuart Sunshine. A down to earth and highly efficient Property Manager she is!! Well done and you will always get our support.
