Great Beyond Visitor Centre and Cafe
Two visits in late August on the way to Uluru via the Anne Beadell Highway and the return via the Great Central. Lovely staff, wonderful friendly service and the best coffee. Would definitely recommend to fellow 4WDers. My only suggestion is to add coffee" to the Review Filter search if possible as pretty much all the reviews mention the fabulous coffee. Thanks ladies."

Very helpful receptionist who have helped me to find books that I’m chasing, “Black and white and in between” and “Drop in a Bucket on -line”. I wish all the receptionist are like her too. The other lady is helpful to find language wangai books as well for my homeschooling girl.The cakes at the cafe are superb catering gf people like me. The building is new, modern and clean an information with a twist they reckon. Hopefully all information area around Australia are like these one in Laverton WA

I have been here for a week for work and have got a coffee from here every day. The place is clean the girls are quite nice and the coffee is great, which was a pleasant surprise.

The history of this area is incredibly important to preserve and promote. The staff are clean today well mannered friendly ,do the history tour inside the artefacts so interesting well done,highly recommend this place as a must go see exhibition for local history,good food drinks xxx

2022 update: still the best coffee in Laverton, now with an improved retail area, more seating and a museum/ historic display that is well worth checking out.Best coffee in Laverton. If you have time to stop for a coffee in Laverton, stop here. The Desert Deli doesn’t really do coffee and the BP doesn’t have a proper coffee machine, so the visitor centre is the only business in Laverton that does coffee well.
