Have had a very good experience working with Mistry designs to create my plans for CDC approval. Nishal's rich experience is a big plus and helps to ensure every space on the plan is not just beautiful and inviting but also functional. Despite being really busy with a lot of work on hand he gives you that personal attention you need to build your dream home. If I were to build again I would definitely go with Mistry designs.

Worst experience ever , wasted 4 months with Nishal and he doesnot even know the manhole position in our block and the list of the mistakes he did is so long that it wont in this review thing.Anyways i never recommend him to anyone .Absolute waste !!

Had contact Nishal at Mistry Designs via Facebook back on 23 December 2020 and was told to email my query, which I did on the same day. I’ve since followed up twice and only one reply from Nishal saying “[will review email and get back to you next week]”. That response was dated 27 February. Since then I’ve not received any form of communication regarding my facade query.Either my job is too hard for them, or not in their service range, either way very poor communication and service.

I cannot recommend Nishal highly enough. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with throughout our new build journey. He is professional, incredibly responsive, creative, and kind. His work is of the highest caliber. We were new to Sydney and it was our first build. Nishal guided us very well while keeping all our requirement's in mind.He responds to each and every email request, no matter how minor, quickly and thoroughly. When I asked for builder recommendation , he offered 4 names, explained what he liked best about each one,and offered to send our plans to them directly and follow up with them if they do not get back to me quickly enough.If you need an architect, do not hesitate another second to hire Nishal.

I am very happy to have you design my house. I thank you for such a lovely facade and designing my house so charmingly. All of my family members loved it. Very profession and disciplined approach toward work. Thanks Mistry designs.
