Had to dash to get important script before they closed. Sysff were very understanding and cooperative.Thanks folks!!

Was pretty disappointed to see that there was not a single contour/bronzer makeup item I could see for someone who isn’t white, and was even more disappointed at the service I got from the ladies who ‘served’ me. I asked for assistance finding a darker product, two ladies told me they would help me but after waiting about 10 minutes I realised they were serving other customers. I decided to just pay for what I had and mentioned to the young lady serving me that I was unhappy with their lack of products for dark skin and that I had asked for assistance and been ignored. She refused to answer or utter a single word to me throughout the whole transaction and looked visibly annoyed, which was extremely frustrating to not be taken seriously and to feel like your staff didn’t care and I was an annoyance.Chemist warehouse if you value your customers don’t treat them this way, I just needed to buy some makeup and was so disappointed with the lack of diversity in some of your products and then dealing with staff who couldn’t care less. I understand customer service, I understand when it’s busy things are forgotten and I also understand they have no control over the stock on the shelves, but at least trying to help me to find a product and feigning some concern over the issue would’ve made a huge difference as I didn’t feel valued as a customer at all.

Staff argued with customer seemed customer complained being closely follow up by staff and asked to open bag check details when left. Not nice experience of seeing it happened in Brighton.

Don’t by perfume here!! The quality is terrible in my experience . My partner bought me jadore by Dior. It literally lost its scent 5 mins after spray. I’m so disappointed. I found the manager Rebecca extremely abrupt. I live local and shop at this store very regularly. I will be taking my business elsewhere and sharing my experience with friends.

Everyone must have graced the aisles of this fantastic medicine, health and everything cosmetic beauty... great savings, lots ofStock... you could spend half the day casing the joint... easier now that QR code and mask not required. Personally i love the place ❤️

Far too many items out of stock then end up having to drive around to other chemist warehouses. The facial/eye mask section is a complete disaster with many packages lumped in together sideways not even facing labels to the front as there’s no space on the shelves. I’d have thought with all the empty stock holes this wouldn’t be a problem.I’ve also had issues with hazards like ladders being pushed into me from rude staff always blocking the aisles at this store.Often have to circle laps of bay street for 40 minutes just to get parking here as well - not worth it.Pharmacy dispenser is painfully slow too even if noone else is waiting you won’t get your prescription under 15 minutes guaranteed.Just an all round stressful experience wasting time visiting here!

Service and assistance is non existent!Waiting for a script is an eternity!Happy note though, the pharmacists Stephanie and Nadine are caring and helpful!

I asked for the Vitamin D 10,000 to boost my immune system. The elderly chemist lady with short brown hair arrogantly tried to persuade me that this Vitamin will not help me, infect she claimed it is dangerous. I am recommending re-education to some employees.

I came across the RUDEST ever Pharmacist (a young blond short blue eyes & pony tail ) , After waiting 30 min with my sick child to get the medicine because the prescription of the doctor wasn't coming to their email and their fax was not working , This blond blue eyes short lady (pharmacist ) shouted at me that she though I have already left the store as she was listening to my private conversation with my doctor as I was speaking with my doctor , trying to find another chemist that their fax could be working . she is the Rudest human being ever. !!!! wont go back

Rude and unprofessional customer service from the staff member in charge of the perfume cabinet. Here's a suggestion to the store manager; if you're going to lock so many of your perfumes in cabinets, either leave testers available for customers to test in their own time, or train and pay a staff member to work with perfume testing. The guy currently in charge of the perfume cabinet clearly knows 0% about perfumes or letting customers make decisions in their own time. He very rudely tried to push me to decide on perfume choices without having smelled them! Very frustrating and sadly for me I have now walked out an unsuitable perfume choice after being hurried to make a decision before the perfume had time to settle and I could tell what it actually smelled like. Waste of money and very frustrating! Not going back to that store again.
