Hired this company to supply a skip bin. After the bin was paid for they are yet to return to pick it up. I have tried to arrange pick up several times, they now aren’t taking calls. Rude and hanging up if I get through.

I do not like leaving reviews like this. But This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. They lied multiple times. They have 0 customer service skills. I had to send multiple Messages and calls for them to not only deliver the bin ( after I paid for it and was told it will be delivered the same day) to then when i needed it to be collected. It sat in my driveway for 2 weeks. I had a party at my house, asked for them to please pick the bin up, got completely ignored.

UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONALI strongly advise against using services from this company. They promise to collect the skip bin on the date requested, but never show up, ignore follow up messages and calls and will keep telling you the skip bin will be collected, but nothing gets done. The skip bin is still sitting in the driveway. Never again. I fully intend to file a complaint with fair trading so this business will face the consequences for its consumer law breaches.

I have never seen this kind of business before.Terrible service!!! delivery and pickup time never be correct. They drop off Skip bin in pathway.When I call them they say ok ok " and hang up first. I highly recommend don't contact this company."

Quick delivery to your place is OK, without delay, because he got your business and got your pay upfront. BUT, When you called him to pick up loaded bin, well, it was absolutely different story. First, rude customer service, before I completed conversation, he hung up the phone. Afterwards, I made a few calls, he simply brushed me off. The loaded bin sitting on my driveway for three weeks. You can imagine what inconvenience I had. He takes advantage to use your private property as his bin storage. This kind of company should be suspended or closed. He even doesn't deserve one star. I give him one so that I can post the review. Never recommend this company to anyone.

This company is the most unprofessional company I have used. They are refusing to pick up a skip bin that has been sitting full in my front yard for just over a month. Multiple false promises that they will be picking up the bin tomorrow but for this company tomorrow never comes.

The owner is a very rude person, but the lady that works with him, Patricia, is a much more pleasant person. If you're doing reno work and want to hold a big bin for a few weeks as you slowly fill it up, call this company as they are cheap and use your house as storage until they get their next customer. Otherwise avoid at all costs.

This company is a disgrace have been waiting 7 days for a bin to be picked up from our home .The bin was delivered last Monday at 0900am and they were notified three hours later that the bin was good to be picked up.Have spoken to the company on three occasions regarding pick up and they have assured me the bin would be collected on the day .7 days later the bin is still in our drive way and now they will not answer my calls .Have rang them on different numbers and on each occasion they have hung up.If you elect to use this company you deserve what you get .
