They have done the best job repairing my car after I was hit. Then when I mentioned we are in iso they arranged to have it dropped off to me! I couldn’t believe they went the extra mile.They were so easy to communicate with too.

They did an amazing job fixing my car which had bad scrapes along one side. Car looks brand new and they also cleaned the inside which was a nice touch. Would definitely use them again.

I send my car to repair over a month ago. it is so frustrating that I trust them but they keep make me disappointing.I totally understand that some components need to come overseas,and I been patiently waiting for such a long period of time.I called them 4 day before the estimated date (2.23) just to double check everything is upon date, there is a staff called Matt told me that the components have arrived and my car is still waiting to be painted, will be able to collect on Friday(2.23).When I called in today, the lady on the reception told me with a terrible attitude:'' No, it's not ready, you have to wait till Monday. The date we send you is just estimated date. There are still parts waiting to be shipped here.''The whole thing is totally unacceptable. I still don't know how long I will be waiting for, as they said every date they given is estimated. And because of this awful experience, a lot of my things have been delayed, and they didn't apologize to me at all.Never go there if you cherish your car!Update: After I got my car back. I found couple golf club in my trunk, and total odometer increased couple hundred kms.

My car was hit 2x , first time I randomly chosen Masada as it was very close to my work and they did excellent job! When my car was hit second time, I knew I only trust to Masada as I had good previous experience.And second time!? The car looks even better than I could ever imagine. And the paintwork? Wow, can’t tell what was fixed.Car was returned to me clean and shiny and waiting period was less than I was expecting.I really hope my car won’t have to be fixed again but if it does I know I will come to here again.Thank you

Dropped my car in because they were an authorised repairer and they had my car for 2.5 weeks.When I picked the car up there was a flat tyre with a screw in it and I got 7 mins down the road before I needed to get a tow.They're now claiming that it's not their problem" and I have to pick the car up.Not a conspiracy theorist but if the car had no issues going in and after 2.5 weeks can't drive 7 mins there's causation and correlationWould not recommend if your insurance company recommends them go elsewhere.From the get go the reception team is gruff and terrible and their service is worseI now have to take my car elsewhere to be repaired and tbh considering changi g insurer just so if something does happen again I don't have to deal with this fraud of a company.Not the only review with more issues coming out than going in."
