Booked online for 5pm after work on Wednesday. I leave work early to be there, as soon as I enter the guy said sorry I already have another customer come tomorrow! I said I already booked online, he replied no you can’t book online we don’t have online booking. I showed him my booking then showed him my name on his screen confirming my booking!Not sure why you have online booking if you don’t use it! I could’ve booked somewhere else! Left work early for nothing.First time and last time trying it.

I was having a real bad day, my hair looked horrible I just needed someone to help me out, I got there 3 minutes before 5:30 pm, which is when they closed, and he helped me out without thinking twice. I am so grateful, and my hair look great in five minutes. He even wanted to give me a discount, but I made sure I paid the full price. Thank you!!!
