I recently started using BRANG for delivery in the Melbourne area, I must say I am Completely satisfied with their 4hr same day delivery package. BRANG services are very adequate and responsive. I recently had a last minute delivery and BRANG helped deliver my package from 25km away within 2hr 20minute. We made the booking through BRANG app and we received great customer support through out. Thank you.

I would not recommend this Courier service, their customer service officers are not helpful at all, quite rude, not realible with delivery times or communication. In my most recent experience, I had booked directly with an officer via email on Tue 22/2 for a Sunday 26/2 delivery of almost $100 and leading up to Saturday there was no communication or confirmation of a driver assigned until I had to contact them numerous times Saturday afternoon.It was a booking for 10am drop off and they had organised a 10am pickup. When I confirmed this was incorrect they changed the time to 9.30am however didn't communicate this to their driver and the driver arrived 40 mins earlier which is not at his fault and meant I was not ready with the products.When I contacted Brang again an officer did not agree and hung up on me when asked for this to be looked into further. Disappointing.

I have been using BRANG for sending across small parcels from my home store all across Melbourne. They give you a choice to pre-book or book same day and deliver in 4 hours. Their drivers and operators are so cordial and efficient that delivering across the city is no more a nightmare for me. I am so glad a friend suggested to use BRANG and made my life so much easier!! Would highly recommend it to anyone who is seeking help with their deliveries!!
