Chi Generation Tai Chi
I have been with Chi Generation for over 6 years now and love all the classes and workshops that are presented. Su is not only a lovely person, but an extremely professional and patient instructor. Su is very generous in sharing her knowledge of not only Tai Chi, but the philosophy and health benefits of Chinese martial arts. We learn a variety of bare-hand forms, as well as sword, Fu Chen and Qi Gong. Love them all!

Chi Generation Tai Chi
I originally chose to learn from Su because of her impressive credentials and great reviews. Her classes have surpassed my expectations. She is top notch as a teacher and very patient and kind. Moves are broken down into manageable component parts and put back together again to reflect a practice that is beautiful. This is a practice suitable for young and old. Personally, this has been part of my pandemic recovery strategy, to get back into practicing Tai Chi, join a community and prioritise my health and wellbeing.Thankyou Su : )

So glad I found Chi Generation. Su is a great tai chi instructor, teaching the Wudang style. Su’s school is essentially the Australian arm of Wudang San Feng in China, so it’s reassuring to know you’re being taught by a genuine Wudang Master.

I always enjoy going to Su's Tai Chi classes - each time I walk out feeling relaxed, reenergised, and having learnt more about the practice and philosophy of Tai Chi and Qigong. Su is really friendly and approachable, and at the same time she has studied these Tai Chi forms in depth, so her classes are fun while at the same time helping us to deepen our own practice, and to experience the wonderful benefits of Tai Chi.

Qi Gong outside with Su is simply great! The classes are nurturing and taught with experience and detail. I also love the cuppa and socialising afterwards. Wish I was still free to attend.
