Prouds the Jewellers Pacific Fair

Very unsatisfied with the customer service. Poor service! I bought a chain two to three weeks ago for my husband and it is too big. The sale assistant Christina said she could not do anything about the refund. Well, it is under the legislation that a full refund will be offered within 30 days of purchase if it is unfit for the purpose!!! She said this is under their company’s policy. Well, it is your company’s policy but not the legislation from Consumer Law. Instead on the other hand, she is trying to upsell me to change for another chain which I require to pay an extra $80 or I could have the old chain shorten by $50.What a great service they are providing?!?! Who would buying something that does not fit them and require to pay extra to fix it!!!Very very poor service and money grabber!!!

Really nice quality earrings, lovely helpful lady who was happy to help me when I was looking and not able to find just what I was after at that point in time, family members did go back and make purchases though. Really great jewellery at a great reasonable price.

Went into the shop and they were watching us as if we were going to steal something. Never felt so judged walking into a store. One of the ladies, I didn’t get her name but she had red hair, was very rude and dismissive when we were looking at a ring. Was a really unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. Would not recommend.

I went to the prouds down near Coles and was looking for something for my daughter and had such friendly and professional service by Christina. I would recommend asking for her due to her knowledge and recomendations. Everything was reasonably priced and the store was clean and presented well.

Recommend you go to the other Prouds store for a better service and experience

Rude manager at Pacific fair, treated customers poorly to the point I won't be back at Pacific fair shop. The Burleigh heads shop, the staff are fantastic, really helpful, would do anything to help there customers.

I attended this store today just to find out what ring size my finger was. I walked into the new store and it is beautiful. I informed the 2 ladies behind the counter that I just wanted to know my ring size. They were more than happy to help me. Lovely helpful ladies. I will be back for all my future jewellery needs and purchases. Thank you ladies.

Very bad customer service in this store! I really think that some staff there need training in how to value customers. I have never had a problem at other Prouds stores where the staff have been very helpful.

Thankful to this place in helping me out in getting a very beautiful watch at the end. I was looking around and this place offer me a better deal with this beautiful watch. I highly recommended this place to you guys as it's worth to visit as their staff are very friendly and very helpful. Will definitely come back again here soon. Thank you.

It was fantastic to walk into such a great looking store everything clean and sparkling and all the staff looking fresh and well presented. I had visited a couple of jewellers before where I was ignored and the staff more interested talking about there massive night out in surfers! Leanne came over and introduced herself and she was a breath of fresh air she listened to,what I was looking for showed me a few examples I never thought jewellery could be so interesting. I couldn’t make up my mind which one of the two to buy so ended up(with a slight persuasion from Leanne) lol bought both!! Thank you to all the staff for making it a fun time especially to you Leanne. Most appreciated and I will definitely be recommending you and the store to all my friends
