Domino’s should be ashamed of pizza quality here. Can you believe cheese garlic bread without cheese.Lax attitude of staff here and food handling hygiene is quite appalling

If I could rate zero I would this is absolutely disgusting service I waited over an hour no pizza only to them be told that my dinner has been left on the floor in a walkway to the garage instead of my door...pizza was stone cold along with everything else the team member I spoke to was rude and unhelpful take your business else where terrible food and service along with inexperienced delivery drivers....

My order was 1.3 hrs late and the food was cold. Tried calling but they would just hang up. I think this store in particular is being run very poorly . Management please take action

I went to this store on a super busy Thursday evening. I’m a regular here from a while and the staff is always very friendly. But today it appeared bit overwhelming, heaps of orders on the screen and just 2 girls literally running in the store. Felt sorry for how rigorously they were working. But as always great service guaranteed. Shoutout to fantastic management. The lady manager was amazing. It looked like it was very hectic for her to manage all that but she did and that too with a smile on her face.Keep it up dominos.Will visit soon again.

Domino’s Pizza Baulkham Hills
We ordered delivery at 6:30 and when the order didn’t come after the specified time. We tried calling at 7:20 and the phone doesn’t work. We ended going to the store where our order had been sitting in the hot rack for an hour. We asked for them to remake the order which they had, so Thankyou for doing that.However, I’m disappointed that no resolution was provided that we had to come to get the order when selecting for delivery.While we have never had any issues previously, this was extremely disappointing as it is my birthday today and I was excited to get pizza from somewhere we have never had an issues.Unfortunately we won’t be returning to the store and will drive a little further out to go elsewhere now.

Absolutely shocking food and the service isn't much better. Been a customer for years but for the last 2 years they haven't been able to prepare a single pizza that is remotely to the standards of other Domino's stores.Highly recommend dodging the Baulkham hills store and head to the Bella Vista store, their service and food are far better.

Ordered an impossible beef and onion pizza and a chocolate milkshake to break my fast. They instead gave me a pizza with no bbq base sauce (just beef, onion, cheese and bread) and a melted less than full vanilla milkshake. I called them up and literally had to wait 10 minutes on hold for someone to pick up the phone who then “assured” me that there was bbq sauce in the pizza and it was a chocolate shake, even getting another employee on the phone saying they personally made the order and it had everything. They were very hostile and when they eventually said they’ll give me a replacement order, they kept insisting they know there’s bbq sauce but they’ll give me a replacement order anyways as long as I give the old order back, as if they were doing me some sort of courtesy. They then said it will take 25 minutes to deliver. Once I got the new pizza it genuinely tasted so bad it was hard to eat, which is actually quite hard to do considering it’s my favourite pizza. The redelivered chocolate shake was good though. All in all I had to wait almost an hour to properly eat after fasting all day. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from this Domino’s in the future.
