What can a person say, but a Huge thank you. My husband and I where about to leave Her ey Bay on Friday. Van hooked up, and deciding to head out of town for home. Didn’t get too far up the road, when we heard a noise that was not suppose to be there. Firstly, though it was the van, but alas no! When trying to go round the many round a bouts in Hervey Bay with the van on, we soon realised that we had a major problem. Thankfully the van park we had just left, where able to take us back in. So we turned around and returned to the caravan park. (Windmill Caravan Park). The receptionist at the park, was brilliant. She gave us the name of a near by mechanic and said they are excellent. Van now parked up, hubby scootered off to see if Hervey Bay Automotive where able to assist. The problem was a from CV joint. Now picture this…it’s Friday 1.00 pm ….. and most mechanic are booked out or in our case, ready to call it a day. But Chris the mechanic (Angel) came to the rescue, and said…mate if you can leave the vehicle with us….I will get you going by tomorrow! True to his word…but it was not the next day….phone rings at 4.00pm…and he says…do you want the good news or the bad news….bad news is….both CV’s where shot…..the good news is…..come get your vehicle as it’s ready to go!Chris, you where and are more then a life saver to us….you are our guardian Angel and we both thank you from the bottom of our hearts…..everyone in this business could not have been more helpful. The receptionist lady that dropped my husband off and then came and collected him when the vehicle was ready….to the 2 mechanics that down tools and got our vehicle sorted with 2 new CV’s. Each of you paid a pivotal role in saving us! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

In town for a short visit, needed engine warning light investigated urgently, Chris made a space for me due to my time restraint and quickly diagnosed issue. Turned out to be a quick fix, but was great to get priority service due to our circumstances, since we would not have been able to continue our road trip otherwise. Thanks heaps, much appreciated. Highly recommended.

I went to candles and soap store that is located in the office at Hervey Bay Automotive , the lady Carly was really nice and very helpful with all the products. It is very lovely store, even for gifts and yourself
