MECCA Rundle Mall

Received some amazingly knowledgeable and friendly service from Sophie and Caiti on the 5th June! They know their fragrances and I was ready to spend my life savings on perfume

Been a regular customer of Mecca but it’s my first time experiencing bad customer service from the Rundle Mall store. No greetings or smiles were given when I was about to pay over the counter. Furthermore, the lady had multiple failures when trying to search up my membership account as she was not properly listening to what I said and asked me to sign up for a new account instead. Finally managed to look up my account after being very persistent with her by telling her that I already had an account with Mecca.

Absolutely love shopping in this store. Staff are welcoming, always helpful and attentive. I must acknowledge the staffs product knowledge is well beyond and if unsure they always check and get back to you.The ladies have assisted with selection of the right products also matching colors and recommendations suited to skin and age specific tailored to your needs.Purchased are nicely wrapped in tissue paper and always leave with a lovely sample to try.

I came in on Saturday to buy a last minute Mother’s Day gift and was served by Esther. She was very sweet and friendly. She helped me right away find some gifts for my mum. She also helped match a wonderful lipstick for me and gave me some samples to try out too. I was very impressed by the service she gave, especially considering how crowded it was in the store. It is quite rare to find a server like this now a days. 10/10

Went in on my lunch break as I work in the same center (also working in the beauty field) and felt very excluded.The store was not busy, yet I was ignored for at least 5 minutes though I was clearly needing assistance.Then to be rudely told they did not have what I was looking for.Went to Sephora and spent my money there with far nicer staff

Beauty products and cosmetics and all in one place. Prices maybe higher than the some department stores but the quality and name of the products are from different brands mecca make up and mecca perfumeria. And also they have a seats for waiting area for mens.

Was treated by a family member to a facial with Izzy. Izzy tailored it to my skin type, listened to my concerns and adapted my facial around that. Was such a great experience, walking away feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend.

Staff were amazing. They found the staff member that had the expertise to help me with everything I needed. Each staff member had a strong suit with different types of makeup.Nothing was too hard for them, they took everything as personal challenge to succeed in.Very impressed with professionalism.Also there was zero judgement towards a man buying makeup.Was also amazing to see they have staff that fall under the LGBTIQA+ umbrella. Very inclusive.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Today I was at another big makeup store in Rundle, where I was after a specific item but because of the bad customer experience I decided to go to Mecca to find something similar.Immediately I am greeted by staff at the door and after a few minutes an employee approaches me and asks if I need any assistance (something the other store lacked!) This wonderful employee (I didn’t get her name) was great! I was after a very specific shade and throughout the whole process she was understanding, patient and very attentive. We had swatched about 15 different products and instead of giving up, she asked for another staff’s assistance so I could find what I was looking for. After 20 minutes we were able to find the perfect shade!I wish I got this employees name because she truly went above and beyond and I am very grateful. Mecca always has great customer service and I am never disappointed.
