Ran out of gas and the guys turned up on the same day. Awesome service.

I asked them to refill gas last week. After two phone calls, they will be here next month. It will be 4 weeks later. Are you coming from China?

Never again. Worst customer service and service period, no one's there half the day if anything does go wrong. Originally waited far longer than I should of for a gas bottle swap after running out when I first signed up, should've of known back then they'd be bad news. Drivers don't follow customer instructions at all resulting in non delivery more often than not, if they can be bothered walking the short distance to the front door so they can knock they've got a bad attitude. Great company if you haven't got pets and leave your home totally unlocked, not so great if they have to follow customer notes and make any sort of effort. Glad I've swapped companies now. Good riddance.

Great service

Went in to get my 5 year old 2.5 kg gas bottle refilled, normally costs around $15, and was okay when they said it would be ready next day. Staff also suggested I go to Cairns Hardware at Bentley Park. They suggested, without explaining the cost that I just get a swap n go' bottle from them. I agreed. I wanted to tick that job off my list today. I paid $33 they asked after they handed me the bottle

Awful experience, moved into a new house which had Elgas cylinders already in place organised by the previous owners. Without notice Elgas sent somebody to remove the bottles leaving us without hot water or cooker, and used threatening and intimidation tactics saying we had to sign up and pay on the spot for the gas (which should have been already paid for by the previous owners) and for a full years cylinder rental, at what are the most expensive rates I have been able to find in the entire state. Sadly they don't have many competitors servicing residential FNQ which must make them think they can get away with such atrocious business practice.

No idea on scheduling, turn up without any confirmation of the day let alone a rough time.Avoid at all costs.
