He is an absolutely great Wim Hof instructor and throughly enjoyed the workshop and experience. Can’t recommend it enough to everyone I know.I now see Matt for his expertise in Chinese Medicine. I was provided with herbs that have gotten rid of my period pain! Im still gob smacked after so many avenues I’ve tried. We are currently working on blood deficiencies and very excited to reach the end goal. He also goes the extra mile to make his services cost effective.I highly, highly recommend him and appreciate what you do to foster peoples wellbeing.
