Particularly poor parts pickup organisation due to Covid security measures.We had pre ordered a 20 litre drum of coolant from spare parts, not allowed in the front door by uninformed security guard, sent to dispatch, nobody there for 15 minutes, redirected to front door again after trying to ring spare parts again, finally got the drum after 25 minutes of frustration.Extremely important to avoid Covid infection but the process needs to be supervised and directed by VCV Blacktown staff not a security guard who can hardly speak the English Language!!!

The only reason I still go to this place is Because of Chris at the service counter he’s usually there afternoon till late great customer service and genuine pro advice by someone in that office who knows what he’s talking about and isn’t rude. Thanks heaps mate.

Absolutely pathetic service. They never attend to their phones or reply to your emails. Never go there and don't waste your time dealing with this place- would give Zero if I could- hopeless.

Had the misfortune to attend this place recently, truck was already booked in and just needed to drop keys off, 25 minutes of loitering in the reception area followed before someone from the service department which was fully staffed could be bothered to collect the keys, no apology offered for the shoddy service, use at your peril.

They are thieves. They ripped me off. Sales guys charged me more than what was advertised for the service. And they also hit me with a massive bill and could not repair the truck.If you guys made the truck and do not have a clue about what is wrong with it... Who else???
