The testing stage is explained and proceeded with clear and precise instructions then explained to full satisfaction. The different hearing aids are discussed fitting of hearing aid and assembly and cleaning are throughly shown and talked about until you are confident to do yourself. Follow up appointments are just as informative. All staff from the receptionist to the Audiometrist are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. You are very well looked after and always feel comfortable

I have been with your company for almost 3 years. The service is friendly and caring. If I have a problem it is always dealt with efficiently and willingly. The staff are lovely and welcoming. I tried two previous companies but they weren't a patch on you. So well done to you all. I also love that you are independent.

The staff made a opening for my hearing test, I had a infection and had lost my hearing. They carried out the test and gave me a temporary hearing aid when I left. Thanks for your understanding and fitting me in at such short notice
