Karen fitted me in for a NSW safety check. She was lovely to deal with in person and on the phone!

Around two weeks ago after coming home from work, I noticed that my car was overheating. I left it at Broome Motors and after a diagnosis, they called to tell me that my car was in a really bad condition, that I needed to replace 2 hoses, the thermostat and the gasket and that it would cost me $500 to $600 dollars for the parts + labour.I had my car serviced in Perth about 3 months ago and everything was absolutely fine and suddenly it was in a really bad condition". The price seemed really excessive

Absolute incompetence.I show up at the office on February 9 and talk to Ian (manager) for 20 minutes, after showing me a couple of photos and updating my car data in the Mitsubishi online log, he recommends cleaning the manifolds.He tells me that the workshop is very busy and sets me an appointment for March 14th.I show up on the agreed date and I am told that cleaning has never been booked and that they cannot help me because they are very busy, not at the moment or even in an extra month, not even trying to find a solution for their mistake.Really professional!

Had to get my windscreen fixed. Excellent job, great communication and I appreciated the courtesy drop off and pick up to & from home while I didn't have the car.

Broome Motors carried out the 15000km service on our Ford Ranger today. From the time of booking (6 weeks ago) to the completion this afternoon, Ian and co. were so helpful. A courtesy bus was provided to drop us off and pick up when the car was ready. Very professional and friendly service. Thank you.

I am a bit speechless about the customer service from this business. We had booked in our car to have the windscreen replaced and waited a week, only to be told the morning we showed up that the part had not even been ordered! I was not told on the phone that it was mandatory to pay a deposit before they would order a part. Money is not the problem. The problem is that I was under the strong impression that my part had been ordered that same afternoon so that I would be able get it fixed and get back on the road. The lady I spoke with initially was fine and very helpful when she told me that my part would be ordered that day and to turn up next week at 8am etc etc. It was a very different story when we arrived at the shop. She was very rude to me over the phone and to my partner in person. Just would not listen and did not care at all that we had been waiting a week when it wasn't even there! I cannot believe it. She could not even listen or mention the word 'sorry'. There is no excuse for such poor behaviour, even it had been a miscommunication (which I am convinced it was not). Incredible!!!!!

10/10 service from Ian & his team. Went in with a Ford issue others told me was complicated and he had it fixed in under 10mins and didnt charge a cent! Great service and great result. Highly recommend.

A great result for my car repair. While very, very busy, they got my part in and had it fixed promptly on the date booked.

Had my driver side window replaced, the part was ordered and arrived the day they said it would. That day they made the appointment and was done in just a couple hours. Everyone was so friendly and got everything done before I had to go to work. Really great place with a smart team leader, Ian who is super helpful and a good person. 10/10 will be going back to have my car serviced here.
