They were fantastic. The machine was ordered 5pm Sunday online arrived by 2pm Monday afternoon at my work and no charge for delivery.When I got it home and realised we'd ordered the wrong size printer A3 rather than A4 printer they were happy to exchange it. As I live close by I popped down and all done and dusted in half an hour. Customer service is second to none.Thanks to all.

I was looking for a fresh Laser printer to put out small copies of my work & retain paper copy receipts.I looked on the Internet and saw one with an actual business address and decent after sales service should I need it. So, I bought a Brother HL- L2350DW for my small needs for a very good price from - Ecotech Print Solutions.The machine arrived 2 days later by express from Victoria as I live in North Queensland via - Free Freight!Really, you can't honestly ask for any better service than that.Might I add: the Brother - series 2350 etc are fairly cheap and more than efficient at small to medium production work - I have had 4 of them over the years and I tend to replace them after 5 years or so - so, I can't complain there, also, as I have never had one breakdown.
