Swan Ceramics

Went to European ceramics and stayed there for an hour feeling so helpless and overwhelmed, not knowing where to start. So glad I left there and came to Swan ceramics where everyone is super helpful! Margaret (I think that's her name) was amazing at giving suggestions and helping us with the decisions (I'm super indecisive yet she's so patient). Customer service is excellent. Would 100% recommend!

I totally agree, Mark is fantastic. He drew up tiling plans for our bathrooms, balconies and steps for our tiler - which tiling company does that for you these days! They sold us the right surface tile for the right application area. Their service and knowledge is excellent and I always return to them for my renovation projects. I highly recommend them.

Amazing experience at Swan Ceramics, Sue and Mark are legends! Highly recommend to everyone. I’m building and had the option of Swan or Crosby to choose from, went to Swan Ceramics first with absolutely no clue on what I was doing and Sue made everything extremely easy. Put in so much effort to find out the colours I like and gave me educated options, I pretty much already made up my mind who I was going to go with but had to check out Crosby just to make sure. Walked in and didn’t even have one staff member come up to me after 20 minutes of standing around, had to go up to someone myself and then was given a useless 2 minute run down of my options then left me for someone else, wasn’t impressed and walked out straight away. Anyways, went back to Swan Ceramics with full confidence a few days later and Sue wasn’t there but Mark was and again absolutely blown away with the amount of effort and help I received, we ran over my options I chose with Sue and finalised everything and sent it off to my builder. If you’re after a stress free experience and want to deal with extremely knowledgeable and caring staff go to Swan Ceramics! I couldn’t be more stoked!

FANTASTIC. Mark Dymock was our contact and we could not be happier. Mark went above and beyond with service, price and excellent advice. We purchased some gorgeous Spanish glazed porcelain tiles that look amazing on our floor. We got a great price too! Mark was even prepared to go the extra mile when we needed him by giving us some extra tiles when we ran out. If we build again we will go straight to Swan Ceramics even though it's a long way for us to drive. It's worth it for the service and quality tiles!

What an amazing experience. Mark made a overwhelming task so much easier. After going to other tile shops, Swan Ceramics was most definitely the best place to go. Service was exceptional. Great environment and Mark is a wonderful, funny man. Honestly can not fault the service or the staff. 100% satisfaction!

Absolutely fantastic service from Mark and Faye. They went out of their way to make sure that we selected everything. They were very patient with us. Would recommend this place to everyone.
