Dr Ken Koo is the most patient, kind and lovely person. He has extracted one of my teeth and it was as painless as it could be. He is the best dentist I have ever had and we’re staying with him though he is an hour drive away.

I have always been really dental phobic and avoided going to the dentist because of this. It came to a point where I couldn't continue to do so and my sister put me onto Dr Lynch and his team. I want to thank them for being so kind, patient and compassionate. I don't think I will ever actually look forward to going for a visit (sorry guys), but their care has helped me be a lot braver about attending. And my teeth are looking and feeling a lot better!I would highly recommend Greg and his team to anyone seeking great dental care.

I have been a patient with BDC for many years, going back to Dr Bartac. Have never had an issue with the dentists, nurses, or reception staff as I've always had great treatments, and they've always been nice, caring and understanding if circumstances change and a reschedule is required.Until today. The receptionist who answered my call was downright rude as I had to cancel my appointment for the foreseeable future. Times are tough, and a bit of compassion in her tone would have been nice.

I highly recommend this dentist in BundooraI went to get my tooth removed today and dr Leanne explain to me that it’s a difficult tooth to pull out as it was in line with my sinuses and her assistant was so supportive as well when taking the tooth out it was a hard tooth you guys where gentle and supportive your hole team of staff supper friendlyThank you once again for your job today highly recommended you guys thank you

Highly recommend Dr Jonathan Kwok! From PTSD when I go to the dentist to no longer being afraid to sit in the chair. He has done a few extractions and fillings for me. Both he and staff are amazing!

When I asked them to update my details they wouldn't. It wasn't until, many months and email requests later, I finally lodged a complaint with the Health Complaints Commissioner. Suddenly, like magic, got a reply within 24hrs :-)

Dr Koo has performed 2 root canals on my teeth and caused me zero pain, he also managed to remove 4 wisdom teeth in the chair without pain and without causing swelling or bruising and has now done my crowns and veneers to perfection. I cannot speak highly enough of him, he is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to, not to mention his lovely and consultative manner. All the nurses and admin staff are lovely as well, such a great practice all round.

Not recommended! The Dr. hand work is good but the filling does not match my tooth color even though they have the right filler color! they have also damaged my tooth outer layer to match his filling! unbelievable terrible service! I will have to pay the same amount to change that!
