Noodle Box Nundah

Restaurant cancelled order because some items were unavailable after waiting more than 90 mins for the delivery to arrive.

Food is tasteless. Tried it twice ordeing different meals but both lacked flavour. The sweet and sour actually effected my asthma which I haven't had happen in over 30 years. I order this from the Albany Creek Noodle Box and have never had a problem, and its so tasty from there too. Do yourself a favour and save your money, don't order from noodle box Nundah. Extremely disappointing.

Was waiting for them to prepare our food for an hour. When it came it was was warm. Tried ringing to ask what was happening multiple times and they did not answer once Instead they hung up once on me. Dissatisfied with the quality

Ordered 2 meals through Uber eats but only received 1 meal. I even showed it to the delivery person and she told me to call the restaurant. I tried to ring so many times but no one answered. I was so hungry, I just wanted my dinner. I contacted Uber instead because I didn't get any help from you. Very disappointed of how one meal was missing.

Food was great, customer service could be better.Shop vibe was a little bit off, and the clerk wasn't all that engaging, but the food was magnificent!

Tasty, fast, fresh.I have a few times picked up a quick dinner here on a Sunday night, after a long weekend on my feet at work. Consistent yummy tummy filling meal to sit down with, when you don't want to cook.It's not going to blow you away, it's 4 stars not 5, but I've never been disappointed with my noodles and I have had probably 5ish different styles from the menu.Good value for money too. $14 - $16 for most regular" sized serves

I don't write negative reviews easily as I like to give places a couple of chances but this is absolutely the worst food that I had in Brisbane.Ordered a fried rice and it was the saltiest thing I have eaten. They don't bother flavouring food properly it seems. Just add a load of msg and the food is good to go. Please skip places like these until they get their stuff together.

It’s not consistent and it should be. It’s a franchise. The most annoying though is they do not EVER answer the phone!!!!!!!!! How can u do take away orders if you don’t answer. I don’t always want to come in wait and sit for 20 mins especially if I have children with me! Also when I order in Uber eats I like to tell them to do less sauce for the KT box but again they don’t bloody answer !’ Who ever owns this franchise you’re ruining your own business.

Ordered from what I thought was a ‘natures wok’ store for pickup. I was shocked and annoyed that it was this Noodle Box posing as another shop on DoorDash. So it left me walking in circles trying to find my food.I finally walked into this noodle box and asked the lady at the front, and I don’t know what happened in her day; but she was the RUDEST person I’ve come across in a while.I took my food, and had one mouthful, and instantaneously spat it out. A natural instinct to poison. It was FULL of salt, so much so, my throat ceased up and I couldn’t even swallow it.Initially I thought I was being dramatic, so I took another mouthful and I can confirm, the meal was inedible. It was like the spilt the entire salt shaker into the box.Imagine a mouthful of ocean water. Double it.I came back to the shop, reluctantly having to communicate with the woman at the front.I explained that it had too much salt. She snatched the bowl, inspected that I had some and then shooed me away.The replacement was less salty, reasonable for a meal, but it was just oily rice, a broccoli stalk (no head) and a few carrot cubes.Now, aside from the rubbish that they serve as food, the state of the kitchen is an absolute shock. Bins of noodles spilling onto the floor, food scraps dribbled across the plate - health inspector should attend.I feel sorry for the cook, who seems to get the brunt of the wicked witch at the front. He looks defeated.Hope he is paid and not held hostage.In short, scabby Noodle Box, posing as a natural clean restaurant on Door Dash - uses salt to compensate for hygiene. Cook needs a hug.
