Brad sold us a home and was amazing. A gentlemen to deal with with… made you feel like you were valued rather that a quick sale. Great communication with a calm and friendly demeanour that took away the fear of the sale process. Went the extra mile like opening the property on a day off so that we could inspect. Buying or selling you want someone that makes both parties feel at ease and negotiate the best deal. Brad’s the real deal!

We have just bought our very first home though Brad at that place property, and I can honestly say it was the least stressful process ever. Brad was extremely responsive and we were treated with so much respect.Buying real estate can be so daunting, and so many agents are just so ungenuine and greasy it is enough to put anyone off. Brad was also so warm and honest he definitely had our best interests at heart, and both the seller and we felt like we got what we wanted.We are so happy with our place, and so happy with how easy it has all been, cannot thank Brad enough!

We recently purchased a property through this agency. We have bought and sold 22 properties over a 40 year period, and have always found the agents we used, whether buying or selling, to have a genuine desire to do the right thing. We felt that this was not the case in this instance. We found the agent to be unprofessional, her methods unorthodox, and the vendor dishonest. The house was left in a disgusting state, unwanted rubbish items were secreted in the gardens, and items included in the sale were removed after final inspection. Regrettably from our experience we could not recommend this agency to anybody considering buying a property.

I chose Raylea to be my real estate agent when I went to an open home, got speaking to Raylea and soon realised this agent was never going to let me buy the home at a price equal to or below market value! The way she negotiated with me I have never seen from another real estate agent. She haggled hard for the seller and ultimately achieved a cash price for that property well above market value from some other buyer. I retained Raylea in the hope she could achieve a similar result for me in selling my home and I was not let down. The woman was born to sell real estate. Have faith in her and she will deliver outstanding results.
