We were greeted by an extremely kind employee who got us seated in a great spot to accomodate our 10 month old. He was quite professional and his demeanour had a great impact on our mood. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. All the staff were friendly which made the experience quite pleasant for us.

Every time we visit this place, both food and atmosphere are slightly worse. During our last visit, we had all burgers burnt, and bitter.The shop inside has a mouldy smell that is getting worse and they're not doing anything about it.

Great Healthy Burgers and food with lots of choice in type of roll, toppings etc and great drinks selection plus the sweet potato chips are delicious! Only thing to be aware of is that this is obviously not going to be a quiet or calm atmosphere place and you don't go here for a coffee.All okay because if you just want the healthier food choices you can always choose to have it delivered!

Rude service. I am a delivery driver and I find I get treated so poorly as a driver. I am a mum of 4 and we enjoy going out to eat, service is everything. Without good customer service we won't want to go back for the food. Please treat everyone kindly because when I'm not working I am a customer but I will not like to come here. Do better.

Going down to Kotara, Grill'd was absolutely one of the best parts/restaurants in the entirety of The Rooftop!!I had the Simply Grill'd, Slider Burgers (so cute!!) and the large chips with the tomato relish. Who would've thought to make these things, because if you did I'm impressed!!The flavour of the beef in the burger, the crunch and the additive from the herbs in the chips, absolutely delicious!Next time if you come down to Kotara, go down to its Grill'd. Because, it's the best part of The Rooftop.

Same as other Grill'ds.In this era with very competitive market, it's unbelievable to see they still serve these tiny burgers for that price. And, .... it's NOTHING really special about their burgers and other food.The front staff made wrong order and the kitchen sent out the correct 'wrong' food. The staff gained back 1⭐ because they have no fuzz to make it right thereafter.

They have an excellent range of burgers, all tastes would be satisfied here. From spicy, vegetarian, chicken, beef, lamb and imaginative.Sit in a booth or share on a table inside or out in the alfresco.

The food is pretty good most of the time. Confused and disappointed by the service. Do you do table service or not? Because if so it is abysmal. The waiters will just point you in the direction of a table, they don't always bring out drinks, and they have no idea how to set plates down and they just don't seem like waiters at all. It seems like a restaurant you can sit and eat at but you feel neglected when you try to eat in.

Gluten free options are clearly labelled on the menu and if you mention to the staff that you are Coeliac when ordering they will prepare your food on a seperate grill and try their best to make it as safe as possible. Definitely up there with the best gluten free burgers I've had and the sweet potato fries were awesome!
