Ben is by far one of the best guys I've come across. He's incredibly generous with his time, explains everything and really tries to get the best possible result.I had a bike that was sitting unused near the beach for about a year. Couldn't start it, the brakes were locked with rust, chain and spokets rusted, battery dead, front suspension rusted and a few other things. Ben drove out to see it, told me exactly how much it would all cost, towed it back to Mototech and fixed it all up for the price he initially said. He even cleaned up the bike and toped off some petrol (it was near empty when towed).He really cares and you can tell he's just a generous and genuinely great guy.I highly recommend to anyone.*picture is after repair.

Ben was to correct a load resistor fault (made by other mechanic) for my LEDs. Instead, he created a new harness with an indanscent bulb, exactly what I didn't want. I want to get rid of incandescent, not use them as a fuse. And then he put a tyre tube under the fairing so the light didn't show through the faitring cracks. How TF did he think this was a solution, and charge $400? Then he said I should see a doctor.A terrible experience. It was a learning curve. At least he didn't leave me in the dust.

Emma and Ben provided genuine customer care, which is rare in Moto service shops. The bike was picked up, and the tyres were replaced within 4 hours. Fast service and good value for money. I will be taking my Triumph there for all future services.
