Giant Sunshine Coast

My wife and I brought our ebikes with us, driving from Melbourne to Mooloolaba. During a stopover in Nambucca Heads I had a mechanical which threatened our planned cycling during our stay in Mooloolaba. On the morning after arrival, after an unsuccessful request for help from an ebike store, I contacted Giant Sunshine Coast. Despite obviously being extremely busy in their workshop section, they agreed to see if they could help. By midday, I had received a text message to say my bike was ready to be collected. The staff member who looked after me could not have been better. He took great care, very carefully examining the chain and derailleur system to identify the cause of the problem. He was also free with his helpful advice, and even found for me some maps of the local bike trails. He could not have been more helpful. I am happy to highly recommend Giant Sunshine Coast to everyone who needs cycling help and advice. Konrad.

I took 4 kids into the shop to get a tube fixed on my sons bike. The man explained step by step how to change the tube for the kids to learn. He didn't have to do this but it showed that they care about there work and as a dad looking to fill in time over school holidays I appreciate the customer service .

Justin (the bike mechanic) was able to upgrade the crankset on my new Giant Talon 1 to a 42t and it’s made my bike a beast! So fast! Andrew and Mark made my shopping experienced hassle free and fun. They truly go above and beyond in customer service. Thank you.

Just took my granddaughter's bike in for a fix to the front brake. I asked if I could wait and was told yes. The tech fixed the issue quickly and without charge. Everyone of the staff was pleasant and I would recommend this store to anyone needing a bike.

We bought 2 e-bikes last month and really enjoying the riding experience. I would like the thank Sunshine Coast Giant bikes and especially Ian for his time he and knowledge. He spent hours with my wife and I and we are very happy with the e-bikes and the service.

These guys are terrific here and have looked after me since arriving from Melbourne. My bike was shipped up and reassembled and rides so well! I have found them all really helpful especially Matt and Ralph and Justin! Nothing is too much effort and no matter your level of experience I believe they can genuinely help. Love your work guys!!! I just wanted to say a huge thank you. My bike got damaged in transit on the way to the Mooloolaba Triathlon, the staff at this shop were so helpful and got my beloved Canyon road worthy for the race. They were very friendly and welcoming. I know this shop also helped a number of other athletes with last minute repairs and the feedback was very positive. I highly recommend this shop to all.

Everytime I go somewhere else I regret it.These guys look after you no matter what you need. Small part, repair or big new bike.Other places only look after you when it's time to drop big cash.Thanks for being awesome, you're always my go-to shop of choice.
