We came across Nick purely by accident . We were looking for a Builder for a new 2 bedroomed extension to our property with additional kitchen and lounge. Nick was amazing , very professional throughout. He has a great eye for detail and everything has to be just right. Nothing is too much trouble and if you want a round wall he will make it happen. We had lots of laughs about the dust etc . He never once let us down . We can highly recommend him .

When people say ‘they don’t build them like they used to!’ they generally mean that the quality of new homes aren’t as good as those back in the day. Well De Art Developments it’s the exception to that all saying. We Absolute quality from the ground up. Having sold a property built by De Art Developments I have seen first hand the relief on buyers faces when they realize they’ve found a property that won’t have any issues in the future! The service provided by Nick is next level, he is always accessible and takes such pride in his work it’s no wonder this home is a close to perfect as I’ve seen. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending de Art to anyone. It looks like in the case, they do in fact, build them like they used to!

Recently I bought a townhouse created by De Art Developments. From beginning to end, I have found the level of professionalism from Nic and the team at De Art Developments to be next level.The house itself is absolutely stunning. There are many things that have been well thought out that I haven't found in other places.For example:- There are internet ports in every room to ensure maximum signal.- There are powerpoints in all the places you would expect powerpoints (no need for messy extension leads around the house)- The hot water system & aircon condenser are hidden by an attractive gate, to not take away from the backyardWithin the house too, there has been lots of thought put into how to make the house look aesthetically pleasing and functionalFor example:- Ceramic tiles go all the way up the wall rather than just halfway- Separate toilet and showerEven after purchase, Nic has been really great to deal with. When I got the keys, I was pleasantly surprised to find that all the documents including warranties and installation details were organised in a neat folder, with all the keys well labelled. Over time, I've also had a few questions about the house which Nic has always responded to quickly and professionally (including face timing the NBN technician to ensure he didn't cut any holes in the wall)!For people weighing up to go with De Art Developments or another company - I would 100% recommend De Art Developments! I have friends that have gone with other builders and mentioned their documents were a complete mess, or that they could never get in contact with the people they needed to. As De Art Developments are a small business, you deal with real people who really care. I cannot recommend them enough!
