The grilled snapper and chips with lemon pepper is amazing!Definitely a meal enough for one. Must try their steak burger the works it is another one of my favourites which is always cooked to perfection. The customer service and hospitality is incredible and another reason why I continue to return to this place.Best Fish & Chips in Pinjarra!

Called up to ask if they had a meal for 2 they said no so we ordered some food anyway. Went to pick up our order to look at the menu and they had a meal for 2 deal which was way cheaper than what we got and had more stuff in it.Then got home and found the extra piece of fish we ordered wasn't even in the bag. So not only did they take more money from me they didn't even give me my full order.Super disappointing to say the least for a local business. I guess I'm just joining the other 1 star reviews

Came here last Sunday as a friend wanted to try shops from the fish and chips awards, and this was the people's choice winner.Staff were very friendly and patient with our order which we were indecisive on.We ordered quite a bit of food (onion rings, fish and chips, seafood baskets) and didn't mind the wait as we all have worked in retail and know the struggles to keep a smile on our faces dealing with difficult ordersNow as for food, the fish itself was really tasty, nice juicy fish and melts in your mouththe chips weren't great, soggy and found it too oilythe batter for the seafood wasn't nice, it was too oily, not crunchy, the colour was too dark, and didn't taste like the winner of people's choice. We do suspect it could be the day of the week, and oil in fryers were going to get changed the next day, but we like consistencyAfraid to say we were serverly underwhelmed, and as we weren't locals we made a trek. BUT the fish itself without the batter was the winner, and the delightful staffEdit:The owner replied which provided more insight, so I wanted to edit to thank you for taking the time! I understand where you're coming from, we loved the atmosphere, but the review comes from trying other fish and chips shop and for us comparing to them, so no slight to you as you do have delicious food, but we all got sick afterwards and unfortunately that's all we had eaten prior.Customer service was great which I did highlight, so will reevaluate and gave it another star, though we are by no means professional critics thank you for giving us your time to reply

Very good, friendly, top notch customer service.Good servings of food and tasted as good as what was expected given the reviews & awards etc.I have to be honest and say the chips had already been cooked and sitting in a heating tray for several minutes before everything else was ready and then put together.Unfortunately they forgot the salt and vinegar (there was literally none) which was an issue considering we walked back up to the river near the bridge where upon we then realised this mistake (not something you’d expect to have been missed) and as the chips had been sitting to the side for several minutes, at the time of sitting down to eat, they were luke warm.Would have given 4.5 stars if there were halves but because of what I’ve mentioned cannot go for 5.Will go back again for sure (with back up salt and vinegar lol)

The fish was well made. Very crispy. Staff was so friendly too. Will come back for more

Fish and chip shop put the lure out today and caught a few customers. Food was fast and fresh. Fish batter was nice and crispy and chips were perfect. The meal for two fed 3 people. Can recommend.

OMG loved it...first time for us getting dinner there and would 100% recommend it and we will definitely be revisiting!!

I would like to say I’m so disappointed in the value of food portions they give out for $4 of chips just got a hand full of chips and a raw chicken and cheese sausage beyond disgusting. Miss the old owners

Really yummy!!!! Fish was delicious, burgers amazing. Fresh ingredients and very filling. Would 100% recommend. We will be back!

We bought tea here last night. Wow. Not good. Batter was very bad. Smooth, not looking like batter should look with lovely crunchy shell. Batter also very thick. A good 5mm thick. Yuk!. Very doughy oily and unpalatable. Mussels over cooked and covered in their doughy Batter. Potato scallop was very overcooked and mushy. Chips must be coles brand because they were so awful. Went here because there were many good reviews but seems they were for previous owners. Fish and chips is not hard(I owned a lunchbar for nearly 7 years). We always used a good quality chip. Batter must be perfect! This Batter shouldn't even be called Batter!! To the owners, you need to take these reviews on board and fix your food or you will no longer have a business. Buying and using cheap products of low quality will ruin your business. Most of our tea went in the bin.
