Mathnasium Bella Vista

Really disgusted by the way we were treated here! My daughter went here for almost 6 months they were great in the beginning but after about 1.5-2 months the quality of teaching went straight down, I only realised how bad the quality of teaching was after we switched to online lessons as we couldn’t attend classes at the centre, as we kept going back and forth with giving the owners the feedback things did not improve it actually kept getting worse. The worst part was having inexperienced teenage kids do the teaching at the same time charging premium fees. In the end I notified them a day ahead of being charged to cancel our membership because we were not able to attend classes they still went ahead and charged us $499 & refused to return the fees after being prompted, & as I knew would be the case we ended up only attending the classes 5 times the entire month. Horrible teaching experience horrible service. I would give them -0 if there was the option. Your children will learn nothing in here & you will not get any accountability for anything.Edited after the centre's response:Unfortunately what you are saying is not true. I contacted u on the 11th of April with concerns regarding the quality of lessons, then continued to give it a fair go for the rest of the month. Then I advised you on the 1st of May that we would like to discontinue But u went ahead & charged us on the 2nd of May regardless.That was disappointing as you were fully aware I had raised concerns about the quality of classes only weeks earlier, as well as just a day before advised u that we don't see any value to want to continue anymore.You need professional TEACHERS who are well equipped at helping kids LEARN, not Students to fill in with no teaching techniques. If ANYONE could be a great teacher then parents wouldn't NEED to enrol kids with professional tutors.They would simply teach them themselves, but obviously that's not the case.Anyway we have moved on since, but sadly it was a terrible experience for us in terms of the value & the quality of the teachers & lessons.

Very happy with the Bellavista Centre.The team is great and caring.My child loves going 2 times a week. The price is reasonable for the one-one attention they give.There is a great improvement in my child’s confidence and I can see that showing up in her school reports.Can’t ask for more. Highly recommend the Centre.

Highly recommend Mathnasium Bellavista.The tutors are very kind and knowledgeable.They have been very helpful with my child’s progress who was behind in school. My child turned out to be very confident as well which was all I wanted.All credits to the excellent team at Bellavista.

The team at Bellavista is excellent.Kids get very individualised attention and the progress is evident. Attending 2 times a week with flexible timing is a bonus for us.Highly recommend them

I wanted my kid to learn at his own pace and not be dejected that he can't keep pace with other kids or the teachers speed. At the same time I wanted him to stretch enough to keep improving. Mathnasium Is the right place for it. Both amu and priya center mangers are available for feedback discussion any time with a short notice to discuss the kids progress. They have continually explained the reports on a periodic basis each month.School teacher indicates that my kid is able to effectively solve extensions at school which has come without much struggle ,thanks to mathnasium.

Very friendly and supportive team. Kids work one-one with the tutors and the progress is great.No scheduling is a bonus!!

Great place to start on math fundamentals.My daughter has been going here for a couple of months now and the instructors are super friendly and make learning fun.My daughter is always keen to go to Mathnasium and the reward cards are a great way to keep the kids motivated. Good work!

My son was very apprehensive about starting math tutoring. He doesn't like a group set up and so we were looking for a one-on-one format. Priyanka is so lovely and accommodating. She assessed my son and created a programme to cater to his weaker points and support his stronger points. He has only been here for approx 6 weeks and is already thriving! He says he feels so much more comfortable in class now. All the staff that we have had the pleasure of dealing with are wonderful. Mathnasium comes highly recommended!!

Great place for learning! My kids are learning a lot and are comfortable.

My both kids go to Mathnasium BellaVista and they love to go there 2 times a week. The staff are very professional and experienced. I personally like the idea of flexible sessions as I can drop them anytime.I have seen so much improvement in my kids. Thank you Mathnasium Bellavista.
