Q NAILS

Within 2 days of having a pedicure here my nail polish was chipping off. I’ve previously had a pedicure here & my nail polish lasted for over 2 months without any chips at all. I told them, showing them proof of my pedicure date & a photo with date stamp on it as proof, & they tried to tell me maybe I put my shoes on too early. But that was not the case, as I waited & they told me I could leave. They just don’t care & wont offer to fix it. So I won’t be back to this establishment.

Usually get gel nails done here. Queens Bday weekend website said opening 10amWaited waited.If u not going to open dont advertise on website that u are. I don't live in town so had to travel

Worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten all my nails were different sizes they don’t cut your nails or toe nails before application and some of my acrylics fell off a day later do not recommend

not happy with my nails. asked to get build up remove that was on my natural nails. and a new colour put on my natural nails. they then rip the colour off instead of soaking it off. damage my nails so bad she cut that all off and put new tips on. the colour was poorly put on and my fingers were cut. my natural nails were longer than what my new fake nails are. not to mention having to move seats 3 times as 3 different people did my nails. wont be going back

It was very busy in there but surprisingly finished quickly. A bit pricy but totally worth it. The staff are lovely and the nails were good quality. paid $65 for just acrylics though!!

David, lace and lex are amazing, always had a great experience here and definitely recommend it for any one that want perfect nails every time. Definitely going to be my new regular nail salon

I wanted to make an appointment for next week, when I went in I asked if I could have my appointment at 4PM however I was told I would have to be there at 3.30 I tried to explain that I can’t finish work until 3,30 and that it would take me about 10-15 minutes to get there the girl Leah who is the bosses daughter snapped at me in front of other customers and told be it had to be 3.30 because she wasn’t working back for anyone. I have to add that I have been a regular client of this salon for many years and I would have literally spent thousands of dollars over this time , I have recommended their services to other people have never been late for an appointment and I certainly don’t expect special privileges, however they don’t care if they keep you waiting. I have been snapped at quite a few times by this girl, and I have heard her treating other customers rudely as well. You would think a business would be glad to have well paying returning customers, but I guess not in this case.

I do not recommend this store for SNS. The young man who did my nails cut multiple fingers with a file, applied the SNS in clumps and was reluctant to file out the large lumps I pointed out. There are also black specs throughout my polish from dirt. The shape was not what I asked for, and each nail is completely different. The application was super messy and I walked out with SNS all over my fingers. The owner/manager attempted to rectify the mistakes by filing my nails over the eftpos machine, however nothing could be done to fix them.Very disappointing for $55. Please steer clear.

I was asked to come back after 20 minutes as it was busy. I do understand that so I came back in 20. The staff who asked me to wait was busy which I understand so I sat in the sofa until she would call me. New customers came into the shop and all of them were asked to sit in the manicure or pedicure section and they were also being started to serve. After waiting for 35 minutes (20 as asked and 15 more in the shop sofa), no one called me to sit in the chair(not even the staff who asked me to wait initially). I eventually left and got best service from another nail shop.They might be great and what they do but customer service management needs to be improved.
