Booked the service online at night, got a confirmation call the next morning.Came here for the pink slip and everything done in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

I moved into the area 4 years ago and was googling for a good local car mechanics. After searched for reviews in internet, this was the place I ended up with and has been my go to place ever since for my pink slip, annual general service and any issue with my car.One day I drove in for an emergency issue with my car. They were fully booked but agreed to have a quick look on my car. They did a quick check and fix them for me without any charge. They even told me on how I could potentially fix them myself, if have similar issue again in the future. (They could have charged me with the time spent and experience that they offered).To be honest, I was taken aback with honesty and ethical way they are doing business. There are many other occasions which shows me that they are not out for my money, when it was not a necessary fix that I thought I need.What I also like is, there is no sales pitch an unnecessary service, just straight up issue, fact and potential resolution/cost. The service waiting time is also great. Just make sure you book/check for an appointment first as sometimes they are quite full and I can see why they are very popular in our area. I highly recommend this service station! (As a bonus, generally their petrol are also one of the cheapest, in the area).Thank you Andy and George for the professionalism shown and especially for the honesty!

Too rude people. I regret wasting my 100s of dollars here. I just asked for 2 mins as I was in an emergency help condition and the old mechanic asked to book appointment that was for next week. He said me this is not your drive thru mechanic which I understand but at least speak nicely with your customer as I was giving you the full respect. I regret being you regular customer for around 2 years and spending 100s of $$.

I needed to do an e-safety check and my normal mechanic was off. Was figuring to just go somewhere nearby and this place was open and I will never come back to this place. I do not understand why the mechanic left the car keys inside the car and told me to pay at the front counter whilst the keys were in the car and with the window open - that is extremely unprofessional and unsafe and not acceptable - definitely not customer service. I read the other reviews about this place and I definitely would not recommend this place. Lesson learnt just go to my usual mechanic

New to the area and decided to take a chance with a new mechanic. These guys are extremely professional, honest and friendly. They found a major issue with one of my brakes and had it rectified within hours, and all for a very reasonable price. Looks like I have found my new mechanic.

Don’t mind the attitude as I think it’s his “normal” daily speaking style. I was charge $55 dollars labour fee to change a light bulb. Saw many fair price in the reviews, not sure if they are bots…
