Very unhelpful. I wanted to buy a gift card for a family member and the staff had no time to check pricing for me. Not nice to be treated as such when you are planning to spend money there.

My masseuse and the one next to me were so busy having a chat as they were doing my feet... it was extremely rude and very unrelaxing. I felt like I was having a massage on automatic pilot whilst they discussed their week. Very unprofessional. Very unpleasant.

Had a 1 hour whole body remedial massage with Susan after going through a period of overexercising. Amazing experience - walked out feeling like new with all my muscle tension and tightness gone. Will be booking in for regular sessions for maintenance - thanks Susan!

Reception girl clearly does not know how to take a booking.I had booked to get a massage for two people and all was fine until we got there. Once we arrived we were taken inside and the massages started. 10 minutes in and the reception girl comes in and takes the lady who was giving me a massage as she had double booked her.I was told she would only be away 15 minutes, 30 minutes had passed until she returned.Not happy as it was not an enjoyable experience. Will not book again as clearly they have no idea.

Very disappointed. I'm a regular and I guess I am very upset with their treatment towards booking appointment. Understand they need money but they still need to respect their customer. They cancel my appointment last minute. Firstly they call to delay appointment for an hour and then after that approaching 2nd time they rang 5 mins before appointment and saying delaying another 40 mins. People dont just come to your massage shop without any other plans and you have the right to cancel people booking 5 mins before the time. Clearly you dont respect people's time. So rude!!

This place is one of my favourite massage place, very clean and perfect customer service. I had a one today with Kate and she was fantastic, all my headache gone after 30 minutes.

I attended without an appointment and requested a massage. I was met with a big smile at the front desk by Susan who was able to fit me in immediately which was great. Staff were professional, kind and also conscious of asking about pressure at various times throughout the massage. Will attend again and highly recommend!
