Love how stock changes slightly whenever I visit- always something new to look at!I was served by a lovely lady named Stephanie; she treated me so kindly and was so nice to have a chat to. Her customer service is brilliant. Even got excited with me when my EB world card was upgraded. Great store, guys

Genuinely unhelpful staff. Probably an idea when you are doing a trade that you tell people you don't have the item you are trading for. That way I don't drive home, grab the items and come back only to be told you are sold out.

I returned a game that I didn't enjoy within the 7-Day purchase window and I wasn't able to get a full refund because they had slipped in a DLC code for two gold weapon skins. I didn't use the code but there was no way to prove that I hadn't. Two Digital Gold Weapon skins cost me $52. Best the cashier could do for me was a sympathic smile.

Most staff go out of their way to assist you when browsing through the store. Amazingly friendly staff, a good preordering system and a ton of games for sale. 10/10.

Staff never pick up the phone, and are unfriendly. In the many times I've visited the store, I haven't seen a single staff member crack a smile or be welcoming to a customer.

When whent into eb I was greeted and asked if I wanted help with anything which I did, my needs were satisfied with a great amount of decency.Unfortunately the code I bought would not work but I still appreciate their customer service.

I did a click and collect but the store was closed at 3:50 when I went to pick it up, and when you call the phone number it says “Optus advises the number has been disconnected”. How am I supposed to get my order?!?
