Terrible customer service from Lenna at the front register desk. Her tone of voice was annoying and rude. She makes me and my partner feel uncomfortable and definitely we don't feel welcome in the store at all because of her. She was unfriendly and looks intimidating with her big massive jelly body. TK Maxx should employ someone who is more fitter to the role.

This store has some unprofessional staff. The rude staff is the one at the counter name LENNA with a big chunky solid body frame. She was slow and lacking product knowledge. She has a bad attitude when I asked her a question. It seems like she doesn't want to be there at work at all. Minus 1 out of 5 stars rating and not coming back for good because of her low class customer service.

It's OK.Roughly what you should expect from TK Maxx.It's not a mythical clean and tidy TK Maxx with only the good stuff; it's a bit of a mix, and the fun is in finding the cheap stuff that's actually really good.
