Took my kids in for school shoes and was assisted by Aly. She was incredible with my kids and very helpful. We live in Sydney but always wait until our Mackay holidays to get school shoes as our experience at this shop has always been great.

My wife and I sat there looking at shoes trying them on to see what sizes were right. 2 staff were looking after another customer for more than 15 minutes and did not acknowledge us at all as they were too busy with small talk. We left as we were not assisted and went to Mathers and spent $300 on shoes.

Just love the shoes, they were exactly what I was after in quality and style. Easy to buy, staff were great at both Mathers and Williams. The second pair half price absolutely gave me the excuse to buy two!!!! Same style two colours.”
