I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my partner's birthday and was helped at every step with what flowers worked together, seasonality, colour, texture, and the process to order them once the decisions were made was extremely smooth. They were ready for pickup at the time requested and the florists at Berwick Flowers were even able to get a vase organised on short notice (though it's best to tell them in advance!).My partner absolutely adores the flowers, they've really completed her birthday and we were both blown away with the quality and beauty of the flowers, but also the level of care and skill that went into organising & presenting them exactly as described when I made the order. I also bought one of the ethically sourced and crafted candles available from their sizeable selection of knick knacks and gifts, and she loves that too.I HIGHLY recommend the florists at Berwick Flowers to anyone looking for attention to detail, a friendly but professional service, and a very high quality product at a reasonable price. Everyone was very approachable, and made the whole process simple and satisfying!

Today is our 30th wedding anniversary and my husband Damian sent me flowers which are out of this world. He has bought me lots of flowers but these ones are my absolute favourite, thank you so much for the fresh and beautifully presented bunch. I highly recommend this florist.

Less than 24 hours ago I arranged for flowers to be delivered to a friend and they have already been delivered and looked amazing. The girls were so helpful in store, highly recommend I’ll always use Berwick flowers - worth supporting local!

For our wedding, Berwick Flowers organised all of our flowers. Our bouquets were stunning! Very similar to the inspo photos I had shown them, even better than I had imagined! A week on after the wedding and the flowers are still beautiful.Their customer service was great, they really listened and were always very responsive, giving us full confidence in their service. Called through yesterday morning to have a bouquet delivered to my partner. The lady on the phone was wonderful and took note of what I was after. The flowers delivered were beautifully arranged, colourful and fresh. Great value for money. My wife said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received.

Good service and friendly staff. Flowers are not cheap, partially due to COVID, however the arrangements are great!Edit: the second time I got flowers from there, with delivery, ended up being poor quality/old. Most flowers lost petals within two days, which was really disappointing as they were for my mother's birthday

This is my second time ordering a from Berwick Flowers and I am SO glad I did! They made an absolutely stunning bouquet of flowers, within my budget, and delivered to Mum's house in Narree Warren for her birthday. She loves them!Will be recommending to my friends and family.
