The manager is the reason I'll never return here. My wife bought an off the counter hey fever tablet for $30, buy I told her that we can get it for $6 at woolies. When she went to return it back after about 10 minutes of purchase, the checkout person called the manager who was rude and said we can't return it after we get out from store but they'll gracefully allow as a last time. They did return it, but the experience left a bad taste. Even the receipt says it accepts returns. Indeed will be our last time there.

It is Saturday 03/09/2022, between 12 pm and 12:30 pm. The staff at the back are really unprofessional pharmacists, they have very bad customer service skills particularly the male pharmacist there, he's very rude. The female pharmacist has ZERO customer experience and the male there has MINUS 10 skills. I guess they used to work with enimals, that's why they don't know how to speak professionally. By the way, I said nothing wrong nor responded to their rude speech as I do respect the work environment and.....

this store has been quite amazing over the past 9 months, which i have been a consistent customer at and have enjoyed each visit! i see the staff are not only helpful, but very funny and smart individuals. there is one though that could do some extra training, she wears glasses but i think she's new so maybe she'll get there eventually. overall, 10/10. would visit again

There manager is the worst i have ever encountered and pharmacist is no better they very rude and insensative to peoples medical needs its like they are forced to work there with the I. D .G .A .F attitude

Horrible manager, very rude an outright liar. Shouldn't be doing business here in Australia with that level of unprofessional attitude. I'd rather pay more in other store and drive farther than returning back.

“WE ARE NOT TO HELP YOUWE ARE HERE TO MAKE YOUR LIFE HARDER “No wonder why they have that many bad reviews. Very Rude & unprofessional staff. Went there 3-4 times & all the time same female pharmacist at the back was rude to everyone. She even said to one customer that she didn’t say this & that, he is lying. The guy was very embarrassed. She doesn’t doesn’t know how to talk to the customers. She should get the customer service training as well.I wish I could give her 0 *

No wonder why these people have these reviews. The reason is staff doesn’t take one sec to decide that other person is a thief. Don’t want to go in details but staff here should start @8am rather than 9am and should arrange one hour session to learn how to talk & show manners to their customers.I’ll not nominate any specific person because everyone has triple 0 manners here.

I am a regular customer for so many years. They never disappoint me. Products are great with great prices. I buy everything from body wash to shampoo etc to medicines and kitchen cleaning stuff. One stop shop, close to my place.

Bad attitudes all around apart from the guy who took my prescription. 5 or 6 people hovering around while I was waiting at the counter and took about 5 minutes for someone to help.
