We have a rather unusual building, and were looking at scaffolders and cherry pickers for a few projects, and by chance came across Max, who came in way cheaper than those options with rope access, which I had no idea was even an option. His crew were so quick and easy to work with, to the point we continue to work with them regularly.

I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt but continued to be talked down to, and so I must respect my own boundaries. Sad to leave such a low review. Hopefully it will be seen as useful feedback and taken onboard. Just can't shake the nasty taste in my mouth left by the 'god-complex' operations manager and one of the directors. Such actions certainly do ripple through the team and so reflect in the quality of the work. They also failed to respond to me after being hastened and assured me that they would contact me. In summary, an entitled attitude, poor work ethic and lack of authenticity.

Heard mixed reviews about this company but decided to give them a go anyway. Called the number of the director from their website and couldn't believe his attitude. That Max should not be the first impression of this company. There are a lot of other companies who do a better job and with stronger moral foundations...No coincidence there. Why give them your time. Let's not encourage these poor practices.

When you really need to get it up... to the roof! Max Access is whats up. Seriously though, some of the best you will see on ropes. I had to get some heavy fridges up to the roof of my building and using these guys instead of a crane saved me a fortune.
