BOSS Building Maintenance

I have been using BOSS for the last couple of years for various building maintenance and Fire and Lift contacts, I would recommend.

BOSS Building Maintenance attended today and replaced some emergency lights, the technician Blair was very helpful and courteous. We use BOSS as our one stop Facilities Management contractor and we are very pleased with their attention to detail and pricing.

Boss completed roof top refurbishment on the apartment complex that I live in. Their work has caused some damage to my apartment. On the first day of their work my whole apartment was shaking violently, and I thought that the roof could fall in at any point. Parts of my ceiling fell to the floor in my kitchen. I let a worker know that the work was causing cracks and that I'd like to speak with a manager. The worker said that someone will come and speak with me. That did not happen. I waited a few days. Then I spoke with a worker again and met the Project Manager (Mitch) and I showed him the cracks. He said that the cracks were likely already there before their work and even if they were caused by their work, that they don't deal with damage caused under the roof. I assured him that I would have noticed them before and I also did a building inspection before I purchased the place (not long ago), that said nothing about these cracks.
