It's maccas. I like the convince of drive thru and online ordering. Quick easy on that end. Usually issues with food or machines bit nothing major just inconvenience. Service is mostly good with the odd staff member on occasion having a not great day.I will commend the staff on the Sunday 4th my son threw his toy dino on their roof of the restaurant. The staff went to great lengths to help get it down. I appreciate that and that alone was just a really great experience.

Given this place many chances and a lot of money but everytime a disappointment, staff are lazy, rude and take forever, food is either off, or not cooked at all. Drinks are a waste also, could not even make a cold coke.

Might want to get a new manager on Duty! To the little girl who was wearing a “Managers” badge today should have it taken off her! It’s not hard to make a grilled chicken burger without an attitude. I mean you work at McDonald’s, the food is already made for you, all you have to do is plate it up and hand it to the paying customer.If she thinks that is hard then she’s in the wrong industry. I just came from a Funeral and all I wanted was a GRILLED chicken burger not a fried chicken burger with a side of attitude from a 15 year old who doesn’t know how to deal with a complaint because she messed the order up in the first place. Not only was she rude to me but every other customer she was dealing with.

Good quick stop through. Can be a little hard to get to if you coming from the wrong direction.Plenty of parking spaces around. Meal was alright, it’s a Maccas. Staff weren’t overly friendly but they were fast. Store was clean enough in the dining areas, toilets were a bit nasty even first thing in the morning. Outdoor seating pretty well looked after. Kids play area okay but not overly clean.

Most orders I get from here are either incorrect or I am parked up when going through drive though.Update8/2/22 uncorrected food given to us at the drive through window.9/2/22 uncorrect chicken in wrap.5/3/23 I'm not sure who was on shift at 14:05, they made an excellent quarter pounder 5/5 stars!

I received my order and I realise I was missing a full Double quarter pounder and half of a Double quarter pounder. I contacted McDonald Armadale about this and my partner was treated like we where lying about not receiving the burger. It was completely inappropriate to treat coustoms like this. For nearly 60 dollers for 3 burgers two chips and two drinks. How can you mess up so bad. I'm not angry. Just disappointed

I would give zero if that were possible!!Called into the store recently to be refused service because the tills were not working.I came to your drive through today today and was refused service because I don't have your app on my phone. HOW DARE YOU!You do not deserve to stay in business.I certainly will never come back!
