very disapointed with the customer service from this site. Ive ordered many items from this website over the years for myself living in Australia and presents in Ireland. but the last 2 orders after i purchased and recieved the confirmation email to inform that purchases which were intended to be sent to an address in Ireland end up being sent to Australia. The options on the site were very unclear as to how to cancel the order the Auto- bot chat room failed to deliver a helpful command so imediately i tried to contact customer service the response was very slow. When I did eventually get the response Iwas told its to late you'll have to just post it yourself when it arrives. very frustrating website to deal with
