This company was paid $120 for a service December 2019. The service they were to provide wasn't provided and no refund has been offered, implied or forth coming. Avoid at all costs and if they ask for payment up front chances are you've done your money.Avoid avoid avoid.

They are a great company, I suspect the company has grown in size quite substantially and faster than what they're able to manage with their current servicing system. From the customer perspective it is sometimes less than 24 hrs notice of when our septic will be serviced which makes it very hard to work around work commitments unless the property is left unlocked.With a bit of creative thinking and an upgrade in their current system, it would do wonders for moving forward as a continually growing business.

I have been using this company for over 3 years now and I have had the best experience, their staff are always friendly and so helpful would 100% recommend them to anybody needing help with their wastewater system.

CWS were servicing my system for nearly 6 years doing a good job. Now they have gotten too large and miss things in the service and won't do anything unless there is cash up front. My job was a $20 fix for an airline. I spoke to the office lady twice and even called Brett. They forgot about it over the next 3 services (9 month period). Told me I can pay for a callout if I wasn't happy when I said I didn't know they wouldn't repair a $20 air fitting without cash up front. Changed to we Do" waste water. Excellent service and even cheaper than CWS. Did the $20 repair for free for me."
