Not the best service.Ravi was rude and unprofessional.Barely mopped the floor.I had to come back and mop the floor properly.It was left so dirty.He used no commercial chemicals to clean the property.Cleaned everything with domestic Ajax Spray,who does that these days.The apartment was already very clean and he barely had anything to do even then the job was not done properly.I’v requested for the invoice 3 times already still nothing.Unfortunately wont be booking with these guys again.

Cleaned my 2 bedroom apartment and the agent was not happy about it. Sent me pictures of uncleaned spots in the house. Plug points were dirty. Definitely don't recommend.

I booked Elite Cleaner for my End-of-Lease cleaning and Carpet steaming. Got the confirmation and reminder of cleaning appointment twice before the service day. On the service day, the cleaner call me 5 mins before my appointment and said that he would come late about 40mins eventhough i have already arrived and waiting for him. Then he came to my workplace to pick up the key as i need to go to work.He finishes my 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment including carpet steaming in about 1.5 hours. I come back to the apartment and check the service. Because i did clean my apartment carefully already before i book the service to make his job easier a bit. Cupboards, toilet basin, clothes set are clean. Carpets nicely steamed. There's few things that i am really happy with the result. The rangehood filter has been removed and cleaned but the outside of the rangehood still plenty of grease and oil. Bathroom has been mopped and cleaned but walls and tiles have not. Even the mark of my washing machine detergent dropped on the floor is still there after the service. Toilet bowl is cleaned outside and slightly inside, black mark inside the toilet still there. I mean they did a standard job, not an exellent job. I was researching other cleaning company and request for a quote too but one of my friend recommended me Elite so i booked their service. The offer 100% bond back guarantee so i'll wait for my real esate agent feedback. If they're not happy, i might need to call them to come back.
